The Tallahassee First Seventh-day Adventist Church will be offering several Introduction Sessions to the Coronary Health Improvement Program (CHIP)

The sixteen part, six week video lecture series by Dr. Hans Deihl is a program designed to re-educate ones dietary palate.
One is what one eats and each bad choice adds to the deterioration of ones body.
